Uttarkashi Tunnel Rescue Operation: The NDRF team at its final stage to save 41 trapped workers

As the Uttarkashi Tunnel Rescue Operation nears its end, the 41 trapped workers are expected to be saved within a few hours.

NDRF personnel reached the Uttarkashi Silkyara tunnel site to rescue 41 trapped workers. The 15-member NDRF rescue team are getting closer to saving 41 trapped workers. The rescue operation is in its final stage, and the result will be shown within 1-2 hours.

41 labourers were trapped for 10 days in the Silkyara Tunnel in Uttarkashi. A team of 15 members of NDRF personnel reached the site to rescue those workers as soon as possible. The rescue teams have faced many obstacles in this rescue mission. They have used machines and drills to cut steel rods in the debris.

Medical staff and ambulances are present to safely rescue the individuals.  A 41-bed hospital was established in Chinyalisaur to take care of the 41 trapped workers. The workers will be sent to a hospital in Chinyalisaur by ambulance. Also, a temporary hospital is built at the site to provide any emergency medical care.

A helicopter may also be present at the site for quick operation. All nearby hospitals, including AIIMS, Rishikesh are already informed to stay prepared for the emergency situation.

The family members of the workers are worried about their loved ones.
