Jaipur: The tremors of three back-to-back earthquakes were felt in the capital city of Rajasthan, Jaipur, in the wee hours of Friday within half an hour.
According to the report of the National Centre for Seismology(NCS), the latest earthquake of magnitude 3.4 on the Richter Scale occurred at around 4.25 a.m.It occurred at a depth of 10 kilometres.
“Earthquake of the Magnitude 3.4, occurred on 21-07-2023,04:25:33, Lat:26.87 & Long:75.69, Depth: 10 Km, Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India,” the NCS tweed.
The first tremor of the earthquake was felt at around 4.09 am. No reports of casualties and damages have not been known yet.
“Earthquake tremors have been felt in other parts of the state, including Jaipur. I hope you all are safe!” Former Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Vasundhara Raje, Tweeted.
